Joan (Kingston Foster), Phyllis (Ruby Rose Turner), Lewis (Finn Carr), and Jerry (Noah Salsbury Lipson) were clearly all named after Joey's favorite comedians. Although their names are all incredibly charming, the kids themselves are less so. They are disrespectful to their parents and to everyone in the Tanner house, yet their mom and dad seem to have no interest in disciplining them whatsoever.

How to Watch
Jesse puts on a brave face, and ultimately ops to get busy by notifying the other relatives about Papouli's passing and organizing funeral arrangements, declining assistance from D.J. Is hurt by Jesse's refusal, but Becky assures her that him keeping busy is just his way of dealing with the pain. Jesse's grandfather, Iorgos "Papouli" Katsopolis, is back from Greece for another visit. During this visit he meets Steve, as well as Jesse's two boys, Nicky and Alexander for the first time. The family enjoys having Papouli around, and enjoy when he decides to help make dinner that night, even engaging in a flour-throwing celebration while yelling "Opa!" with Michelle and Stephanie. Later on, Papouli starts to teach Michelle a Greek dance and invites Jesse to join in but Jesse, having two left feet, declines to do so, opting to clean up the flour celebration from earlier.
If the formula of "Fuller House" has DJ Tanner filling the shoes of Danny, and Stephanie those of Uncle Jesse, who better to take on the role of best friend Joey than Kimmy Gibbler? Kimmy has remained DJ's loyal BFF over the years, so it seems only fitting that she would play a big part in the lives of the Fuller family. This is the place for all things related to Full House, the classic family sitcom from the late 80s and early 90s, and the new series on Netflix, Fuller House. One of the guests is Melina, the four-year-old daughter of Jesse's cousin who looks just like Michelle (but with dark hair). The other two guests are Sylvio Banalakis, a boy D.J.'s age who sweeps her off her feet, and Sylvio's older sister Elena Banalakis, who is one of Jesse's former girlfriends from his teenage years. Jesse's grandparents, Gina and Iorgos "Papouli" Katsopolis arrive for a visit from Greece on the occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary.
Danny breaks the news of Papouli's passing, explaining that his heart simply gave out from old age. So much so, she refuses to accept the news and throws the Honeybee project down on the floor breaking it into pieces, and storms off upstairs in tears. Danny goes upstairs to talk to his "Little Princess" while everyone else continues to tearfully comfort each other with Joey comforting Stephanie and Becky comforting D.J. In the latter episode, the difficult topic of death was tackled when Papouli, the Greek great-grandfather of the Tanner children on their late mother Pam's side, died in his sleep while in town visiting the family.
The celebrations are capped off with a Greek dance, with everyone clapping along to the music (as the studio audience applauds and the EP credits appear). Jesse takes Michelle back to school where the teacher and class express their sympathy for Papouli's death. Michelle tries to do the Greek dance Papouli promised but she is unable to remember a lot of it. However, Jesse, realizing that doing the Greek dance with Michelle is what Papouli would've wanted, helps his niece by dancing with her (as the audience applauds and the EP credits appear).
Kimmy volunteers, and later gives birth to Danielle Jo Tanner-Gibbler. After the triple wedding in the "Fuller House" series finale, Stephanie reveals the joyous news to DJ and Kimmy that she is pregnant -– something which they did not believe was physically possible. This miracle was the perfect way to sign off the series, indicating a bright future still to come for the Tanner/Gibbler family. Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) is the middle Tanner child, and as such, often had to compete for attention. Like her big sister, Stephanie found herself in a lot of tough situations while growing up, which lead to hard lessons.
Jack Kruschen: Iorgos 'Papouli' Katsopolis
In "Fuller House," Stephanie inherited her Uncle Jesse's love for music, and has talent as both a singer and songwriter. Stephanie moved back to her childhood home to help raise her nephews after DJ's husband passed away. The heart of both "Full House" and "Fuller House" lies with the Tanner sisters.

Kenneth and Jesse had trouble hitting it off at first, as Kenneth wasn't a fan of Jesse's "wild" ways. Nicholas "Nick" Katsopolis (John Aprea) was born in Greece, and later moved to America, where he started his own bug exterminator business. This family endeavor included his son, Jesse -– however, in the "Full House" Season 2 episode "It's Not My Job," tensions sprung between father and son when Jesse left the business to pursue his music career. When Nick threatened to disown Jesse, it was Nick's wife, Irene (Yvonne Wilder), who stepped in to mend the bridge between the two. In the end, Nick still wasn't all that happy about Jesse's new ambition, but accepted him back into the family. Iorgos Katsopolis (Jack Kruschen) was the patriarch of the Katsopolis family.

Pamela's death was devastating to both the Katsopolises and Tanners, yet both families managed to come together to help Pam's children in their time of need. In "Fuller House," Joey is married to a woman named Ginger (Laura Bell Bundy). The couple met while Joey was continuing his standup career in Las Vegas. It seems that the two were very busy, as they ended up having four children together. Joey's father is Colonel Gladstone (Arlen Dean Snyder), a veteran of World War II and a staunch military man. Unlike her husband, Mindy is a lively, fun-loving woman, and it is likely that Joey got his sense of humor from her.
Sure, it may be remembered for its corny humor and for the sentimental music that swelled whenever one of the characters learned a big life lesson. Yet the series holds a special place in the hearts of many, who look back on the show with nostalgic affection. The original incarnation of "Full House" aired on ABC for eight seasons, and it featured a large cast of characters. Fans grew to love the Tanner family, headed by patriarch Danny (played by Bob Saget). In the "Full House" episode "Viva Las Joey," Joey gets the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to open for Wayne Newton while doing standup in Las Vegas.
Michelle cheerfully arrives home from school and her Honeybee meeting, as the rest of the family pulled themselves together. While the older girls, Becky and Joey gather around Michelle, Danny asked her how the Honeybee meeting was as she tells him that it was great and brought a project she made for Papouli. Michelle then asked where Papouli was so she could give her project to him. After Danny tells Michelle that Papouli was not here, she looks at everyone else, especially her old sisters as they tried to keep it together, and realizes something is wrong.
Nicholas or "Nick" would later immigrate to the US, and start his own extermination business. He would marry Irene, and the two would have their own family with two children, Pam and Jesse. Joey and Stephanie go to a mother/daughter slumber party when Becky can't make it. The loss of a beloved teddy bear prompts fond recollections of the girls' mother. D.J.'s family tries to cheer her up when she is rejected by a boy in her class.
Fortunately, the Gladstone kids only terrorized our TV screens for two episodes. The premise of "Fuller House" has quite a bit in common with its predecessor. After the unfortunate death of her firefighter husband, Tommy, she is left to raise their three boys on her own. However, just as Uncle Jesse and Joey stepped in to help out Danny, DJ's best friend Kimmy and Stephanie provide aid to the Fuller clan.
